1.1 Apache CloudStack Public Demo Cloud is provided by Shape Blue Ltd of 3 London Bridge st, London, SE1 9SG (“ShapeBlue”)

1.3 Before you use our Website and the Apache CloudStack Public Demo, you must ensure that such use is in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to you. Your right to access the Website and Apache CloudStack Public Demo is revoked to the extent your use thereof is prohibited or to the extent our provision thereof conflicts with any applicable law, rule or regulation. You are responsible for making these determinations before using the Websites and Apache CloudStack Public Demo.
1.4 The Website and Apache CloudStack Public Demo are not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. By using the Websites and Apache CloudStack Public Demo, you represent and warrant to us that: (a) you are 18 years of age or older; or (b) you otherwise have sufficient legal consent, permission and capacity to use the Websites and Apache CloudStack Public Demo in applicable jurisdiction(s) as determined by you.

The Apache CloudStack Public Demo is provided for non-profit testing and evaluation purposes only. Users may explore the capabilities of Apache CloudStack in a controlled environment to gain a better understanding of its features and functionality.
- Permitted Use: Testing, experimentation, and evaluation of cloud-based applications or systems using Apache CloudStack.
- Prohibited Use: Any use beyond testing and evaluation, including but not limited to commercial hosting, production workloads, or prolonged storage of data.
3.Prohibited Uses and Content
Users of the Apache CloudStack Public Demo Cloud are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities or uploading, hosting, or sharing content that falls under these categories:
3.1. Prohibited Content
- Violent or Hateful Content: Content promoting violence, threats, hate speech, or advocating harm toward any group or individual.
- Nudity and Pornography: Content containing nudity, sexual content, or material intended to be sexually explicit.
- Illegal Activities: Any content or activities violating applicable local, national, or international laws.
- Malicious Activities: Distribution of viruses, malware, or any other harmful code intended to compromise system or data integrity.
- Personal Data Violations: Breaching the personal data protection rights of third parties or processing personal data without their explicit consent.
3.2. Prohibited Uses
- Internet Games: Users may not use the Apache CloudStack Public Demo to create or host internet games. This does not include promotions, quizzes, or similar activities.
- Proxies: Users are prohibited from creating proxies on the Apache CloudStack Public Demo.
- Hosting and Resale: Users may not provide hosting services to third parties or resell server resources, without any exceptions.
3.3. Content Restrictions
Users may not publish, distribute, or share any materials that:
- Violate the rights of third parties, including intellectual property, trade secrets, or confidential information.
- Contain software, files, or components that are harmful or pose risks, such as viruses or malware.
- Promote ideologies or content that is discriminatory, incites violence, terrorism, or advocates undemocratic principles.
- Include threats to life, safety, or human dignity.
- Call for violent changes to constitutional order or incite criminal acts.
- Contain pornographic or illegal materials.
3.4. Spam and Unauthorized Communications
- Users are prohibited from sending unsolicited messages (“SPAM”), including unauthorized advertisements or promotional content. Any violations will result in permanent suspension of the Apache CloudStack Public Demo.
3.5. Provider’s Rights
ShapeBlue reserves the right to conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with these terms. This includes having full access to your demo account, log files, users, and any data stored. ShapeBlue reserves the right to terminate any Demo account at any time with no prior notice.
4.User Responsibilities
- Users must ensure their activities comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and any data they upload.
- Users must report any misuse or suspected breach of these Terms to the administrators immediately.

5.Email Communication
By signing up for the Apache CloudStack Public Demo, you agree to the following terms regarding email communication:

By signing up for the Apache CloudStack Public Demo, you agree to receive email communications from us. These emails may include important updates, announcements, and information related to your use of the demo cloud or other information that we consider may be useful to you
5.2. Unsubscribe Option
You can opt out of receiving email communications at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” link provided in each email. Please note that opting out may limit your ability to fully participate in the demo or receive critical updates.
6.Disclaimer of Liability
- The Service is provided “as-is” without any warranties of any kind.
- ShapeBlue is not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of the Service.
- The Service may be discontinued, modified, or restricted at any time without prior notice.
7.Modifications to the Terms
These Terms may be updated or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Apache CloudStack Public Demo after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8.Limitation of Liability
ShapeBlue offers the Apache CloudStack Public Demo Cloud on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis for non-profit testing and evaluation purposes. ShapeBlue makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service’s availability, functionality, or suitability for any particular purpose.
8.1. No Legal Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ShapeBlue shall not be held responsible or liable under any circumstances for:
- Direct, Indirect, or Consequential Damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
- Loss of Data or any other losses resulting from service interruptions, security breaches, or errors within the demo environment.
- Any Actions or Content uploaded, hosted, or shared by Users, including but not limited to violations of law, third-party rights, or these Terms and Conditions.
8.2. User Responsibility for Usage
Users are solely responsible for all activities conducted within the demo environment, including any content created, uploaded, or shared. The Provider shall not monitor, validate, or verify User content or usage, and any misuse or prohibited activities are the sole responsibility of the User.
8.3. No Legal Recourse Against the Provider
Users agree that they will not bring any legal claims, actions, or demands against ShapeBlue arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to claims related to:
- Misuse of the Service by the User or third parties.
- Security incidents, data breaches, or any unauthorized access to User data.
- Disruptions or termination of the Service.
By using the Apache CloudStack Public Demo Cloud, you agree to indemnify and hold ShapeBlue harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Service.
8.4 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law and Users irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
